Our Easy No Hassle Return Policy
Our goal is that you’re completely satisfied with your purchase from Vega. We take pride in the quality of our products we sell. Providing great customer service is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we’ll be happy to help you with the return of your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns of any new, unused and unaltered item bought from us for a refund within 60 days from the date of receipt.
Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" is considered used and cannot be returned. We encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots and to try your motorcycle helmet on inside before heading out on the bike.
All Return products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. These will need to be shipped back to Vega in the same sturdy shipping box. Do not use the manufacturer box as the shipping box. Items received that do not meet this criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Only the item price paid will be refunded. Any other charges like Shipping, Handling, Duties, and Brokerage etc. will not be refunded.
**We also do not refund the return shipping charges that are charged to return the item (s) back to Vega.**
It is your responsibility for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Vega. We highly recommend you to place tracking insurance on your package for your protection. If these conditions are not met the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
** As a courtesy to our customers we can offer you a return shipping label at cost of $15.00 to return your product (s). **
Refunds are processed in 5 business days from our receipt. If you don’t see your refund even after 5 days, please contact us.

Exchanges
For size exchanges please send the item/s using your preferred carrier within 60 days from the date of receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Vega. We will ship the new, correct size free of charge to customers in 48 states of U.S.A. If you need to exchange for a different color or for a different item, please send the item back for refund and place a new order. If you still have any questions or concerns, please Contact us.
Damages/Defectives
If the items received by you was damaged in transit or has any manufacturing defects upon arrival, please Contact us within three business days of receipt. Please keep all the contents and the shipping box for inspection by the carrier.
Warranty Returns
-All Vega products carry a 5 year warranty against manufacturer defects.
-Contact us to learn about Warranty for any particular item in question.
-Normal wear and tear, customer negligence, acts of God like rain and flood, acts of man like terrorism, nuclear explosion etc are not considered as manufacturing defects.
-Send Warranty item to the following address along with a letter explaining the defect, your name, address, Phone number, email address, order number etc.
