Vega Dealer Requirements
- Need a retail location to service customers
- All advertised pricing is at MSRP
We offer dealers 3 types of payment options:
- Credit Card - 1st page only
- Net 30 - 1st & 2nd page
- COD - 1st & 2nd page
- Picture(s) of the outside of your store front
- Picture(s) of the inside of your store
- A copy of your re-sale certificate
- **Net 30 Only** Most recent statements from credit references
- Credit Card - Same day as completed application has been received
- Net 30 - 5-7 business days
- COD - 5-7 business days

Vega's New 5-Year Warranty!
Please fill out our Warranty Information Card, it will expedite any warranty or accident claims you may have.
We offer a five-year warranty on parts and workmanship, from the date of authorized dealer sale to the original consumer/end-user. Please include a copy of original authorized dealer receipt to verify that products is within the five-year warranty period. Repair or replacement is at our discretion. Warranty excludes wear and tear, any end-user modification, improper use or abuse, and/or crash damage. Application of non-removable sticker or other modification limits warranty to repair. Dropping helmet or rough handling may damage the painter surface an/or decrease its ability to protect. This type of damage is not covered under the warranty. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF AND A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
If your helmet is within its one-year manufactures defect warranty please contact the store you purchased your helmet from for coverage. All Vega dealerships have different return/exchange policies, Vega does not control individual store policies.
Any helmet that has been involved in ANY accident needs to be replaced, no matter the severity of the accident. Any impact to a helmet will compress the safety foam, EPS, on the inside and the helmet won’t protect the wearer in any future accidents. Vega will replace any accident helmet with the same or similar model at no cost.
